rox's incredible tales

  • i slept less than 7 hours and woke up with no alarm clock bugging me, and on my on will
  • i did yoga and perspired
  • i spent my day alone at home i enjoyed it. (i usually dread home alone)
  • i didnt feel as hungry today, as before (is it related to exercise?).
  • in short, if i eat less and sleep less .. thats incredible for me.
